These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bv999i platform, including all sportsbook, live casino and promotional services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator or license jurisdiction, to register and use bv999i. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
Each individual may hold only one active bv999i account. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any funds associated with them may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Funds subject to a wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully met.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Processing times vary by method.
Fraudulent play, use of automated betting software, collusion, and exploitation of technical errors are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
bv999i does not represent that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. Pakistani users must assess the applicability of local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, before registering.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bv999i website and any associated mobile applications, platforms or services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by bv999i ("we", "us", "the Operator"). These Terms set out the rights and obligations of both the Operator and the registered user ("you", "the Player") in connection with all activities on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino play, bonus participation and account management.
bv999i provides online sports betting and live casino entertainment services. The Platform is intended for informational and entertainment purposes. The Operator does not claim that its services are authorised or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any other Pakistani authority.
These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any Wager, you confirm that:

The Operator reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held at the time.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, the Operator may close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. The Operator recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available. Any Wager placed using your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether it was placed by you personally.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify bv999i support immediately at the contact details provided in Section 17.
The Operator operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address dated within three months, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. The Operator reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set out in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. The Operator does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.
For context, payment services familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear in the cashier. Their availability at any given time must be confirmed in the live cashier. Their listing here and elsewhere on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement of gambling activities by those providers.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are set out in the cashier and may vary by payment method and volume.
Withdrawals may be declined or delayed where: KYC verification is incomplete; the Account is under investigation for Prohibited Conduct; or an active wagering requirement has not been fulfilled. The Operator will communicate any delay in writing via the registered email address.
A minimum withdrawal amount applies to all methods and is displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the required amount.
Account Balances are maintained in PKR. Where a deposit is received in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. The Operator is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
All bonus offers made available through the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, and expiry date are all stated in each offer's individual terms. Wagers placed on excluded games or markets will not contribute to the wagering requirement.
The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused a promotional offer, including by opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets, or engaging in any other pattern of play designed to circumvent the wagering requirement in bad faith.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without notice. The Operator accepts no liability for expired Bonus Funds.
All Wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selection, stake amount and any applicable conditions before confirming a Wager. The Operator is not liable for any Wager placed in error.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a Wager is confirmed. The odds at which your Wager is accepted are those displayed at the precise moment of confirmation. The Operator reserves the right to refuse any Wager, in whole or in part, without stating a reason.
A Wager may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation; force majeure; errors in displayed odds; or where the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation. Voided Wagers are returned to the Account Balance as cash at the original stake amount.
In-play markets are available on selected cricket, PSL, T20 and other live events. In-play odds are updated frequently and reflect real-time event conditions. The Operator reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed in the relevant market or on the Platform's betting rules page. Where a Wager's potential return exceeds the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at that limit.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Where Prohibited Conduct is identified, the Operator reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Account, void all associated Wagers, and forfeit any Balance, including winnings and Bonus Funds, without prior notice. The Operator may also report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms or Prohibited Conduct, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is for any other reason, the remaining Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bv999i support. Any outstanding Wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable market result. Any remaining real-money Balance (after deducting applicable Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via the original deposit method once KYC verification has been completed to the Operator's satisfaction.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Operator may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bv999i and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted by law.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of bv999i or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of the Operator.
The collection, storage and processing of your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by the bv999i Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
The Operator processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, and communication of relevant account information. Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
bv999i is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that the Operator is not responsible for any losses incurred during legitimate gameplay. Players who have opted for self-exclusion must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion in any way. Any Account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any Balance will be returned less Bonus Funds.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so entirely at their own risk. bv999i makes no representation that the services offered comply with Pakistani law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of accessing and using the Platform in your jurisdiction, and the Operator accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your decision to access the Platform.
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable advance notice will be provided by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by email notification to registered Players. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
